Wet Season

The rain has descend upon us in Redang...it's been raining for the past 3 days. Most of the time it's just drizzling but it lasted for the whole day...there are times when we get the full blast of rain, thunder and wind. In the morning, I can see the mist covering the hills near the jetty and sometimes I can even see the dark clouds rolling in just before the rain comes.

Colour Me Blind

This is my first experiment with water colour. Mom bought me a new set of water colour recently and I painted these colourful bubbles myself. Mom said I should practice more with water colour to make my paintings better.

I must thank my lucky star when afafa decided to take us to Long Beach yesterday. Long Beach is on the other side of Pulau Redang. We have never been to this side although it is not too far from our place. We took a boat there with my Mak Lang & her family (they came for raya visit). The water is crystal clear and I just love the white, fluffy beach there. Thank you afafa dear!

These photos are taken on raya morning...we were at the lobby waiting for the van to take us to the kampung. Luckily there were no other guests around as it was still quite early.
