The White One

These are the flamingos from Jelutong Bird Park in Penang. I love birds especially flamingos, I think they are brilliant, they can stand with just one feet! My parents would take me to visit parks and zoos alike to see the flamingos (mostly in the North & South region). I have yet to visit the park/zoo(ada ke?) in Terengganu, mom says she doubts we can see flamingos in Terengganu...well, you never know we might see one...or mom is just making excuses!!

Melaka Trip

Last school holiday (when afafa was on leave) we went back to see nenek in Melaka. I love going back to Melaka besides the fact that the journey is sooo long. Anyway, afafa took us around Melaka town, we went to all the famous places of interest (I shall not dwell on them as they are quite...opps...I reserve my comment so as not to offend afafa). The best thing for me is when afafa took me to see the pixie dust in Dataran Keris (I think that's what the place is called) in Alor Gajah. What is pixie dust?? In real life, they are strings of fairy lights hanging from trees but at night they do look like the blue pixie dust in my tinkerbell movie. I didn't know Alor Gajah has this until near the end of our visit, otherwise...we might have to camp there for the whole time!

Island is calling

Feel so sad today...my afafa has gone back to the island. He has started work after 2 months holiday. It's not nice not to have afafa around...no one to play with me & meow if mom busy...no one to help paint my pony picture...no one to 'picit-picit' my fingers...(the list continues). I don't know how long before he could come back or when we could go visit as the sea is still very choppy. I know he misses us as much as we (including meow) miss him, so afafa this is for you:

Cucur Atap

This is my father's new hobby...more like new craze...bonsai cucur atap. I don't know for whatever reason afafa likes this plant, cucur atap also known as Beackea Frutescens. He says this plant is unique and can be found exclusively in this area, the stretch from Lembah Bidong to Besut. I don't know much about bonsai except they are miniature trees and they look cute. So...everyday without fail afafa would attend to his beloved cucur atap. Wonder what happens when he goes back to the island...

Girl at work

It's homework time again. I'm better now and back to school...yippeee!!! Mom persuaded me to do all my homework at the beginning of the weekend so I can play or do whatever I want for the whole weekend. If you can see, I am practising my mandarin strokes...they are not so difficult after all.

Sick Bay

This is me resting in my room when I had a fever last week. My mom and afafa were worried...they said I looked tired as I couldn't sleep well. So both of them accompanied me in my room...together with meow of course!!!
